Why do we have the boot camp sessions at our women’s only gym last 30 minutes? Is 30 minutes enough to get a great workout in?

We believe that our 30-minute sessions provide you with everything you need to see results without straining your body.

30 minutes of high-intensity interval training is long enough to burn calories, tone your muscles, and produce all the good hormones that our bodies crave. It also doesn’t wear you out so much that you think you can skip the next class.

When you train too hard for long periods of time, you can increase negative hormones, put too much stress on your joints and muscles, and cause you to eat too much after a workout or hit a drive-thru because you’re so hungry after exercising.

Our goal is to challenge you while you’re here so that you’ll want to keep coming back to improve your fitness. The last thing we want is for you to get burnt out or injured due to overworking your body.
