Boot Camps for All Fitness Levels

Reach your body’s maximum potential with Samantha’s Fitness Boot Camp. This fitness class was designed to be a high-energy, 30-minute indoor program for women. Burn body fat, tone your body, and increase your energy levels while feeling motivated by the instructors and other members in the sessions with you.

We use a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and active rest periods to push your limits and maximize your weight loss results. Each of our certified, female personal trainers have guided hundreds of women through our Boot Camp sessions. Regardless of your fitness level, we promise to challenge you at an appropriate pace and help you optimize your results. We help beginners ease into boot camp as well, so don’t worry if you are a newbie, we will help you.
